Shipping policy

Please allow 10 working days for delivery for all items. For furniture, mirrors, garden furniture, some lighting and some other non-stock items there will be longer delivery time as these are dispatched via a specialist courier direct from our manufacturer - please refer to the product page for approximate lead times.

Delivery usually takes between 7 - 10 working days (UK only) from receipt of your order.  Our two main couriers are DPD and Arrow. 

In busy periods and public holidays please allow up to 14 days.
